Welcome to the Adventures Today Business Sign Up Process. Before we get you to fill in your details, we require you to agree to the terms listed below.

• 1. Agree to allow Adventures Today to have access to photos and activity information to promote your activity. (Usually taken from your site or other booking site.)
• 2. Agree to keep availability information up to date on your activity listings - please note this is a 365 day calendar and we do take a lot of forward bookings
• 3. Agree to offer the best rate advertised.
• 4. Keep your availability up to date if you wish to use the availability facility on our system for instant bookings.
• 5. Agree to honour all bookings made.
• 6. Agree to pay 15% commission.

We will send you an introductory email within 24 hours containing all the necessary information you need to setup your activities and handle bookings successfully through our system.

Please note when a confirmed booking is made you will receive an email and sms notifying you of the booking details. You will need to then login to www.adventurestoday.org/admin/ to retrieve the full booking details by clicking on the 'bookings' link in the menu, then click 'view' - We take the full booking payment at time of sale and the balance of the collective bookings in our system will be paid weekly to your nominated account. All booking and voucher sales are automated by our system.
